How to get excerpt from the Criminal register on legal entity

Information from the Criminal register of legal entities which are specified in an excerpt from the Criminal register are publicly accessible and for this reason there is no need to verify the identity of the person who submits application.

How can you get the excerpt from the Criminal register of the legal entities?

Unlike of procedure for filing application for an excerpt from the criminal register of individuals, the establishment of the applicant’s identity is not required. This means that application for an excerpt from the criminal register of legal entities can be submitted by anyone who does not need to prove the relationship to the legal entity to which the application relates. 

To the applicants who have no opportunity to use any of following procedures for example to the applicants from abroad the excerpt can be mediated by any person who does not need to prove the empowerment to submit an application.
